2025-2026 Peer Model Pre-School Student Information Form

You will hear from Claire Westrick, the preschool teacher by the end of March 7th with your child's screening time. Please tentatively plan for your child to attend a screening on the morning of Friday, March 28th. This screening does not guarantee a spot for your child in the upcoming class and is not something they pass or fail. It simply allows us to meet them, see what their play skills look like, and let us have a chance to bring up with you if there are any developmental concerns we notice.

Peer models pay a monthly fee set by the ESC. It currently is $140 a month and is subject to change. If you think your family may qualify for tuition assistance based on income, Miss Claire can connect you with Dana at the ESC to answer those questions.

The Hancock County ESC will be operating a preschool class at the Blanchard Valley Center (Sandusky Street in Findlay). Children will attend preschool 2 full days (either Monday and Wednesday, or Tuesday and Thursday). Each county school will be assigned specific days. The approximate preschool hours will be from 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The preschool tuition will be the same as the other ESC preschool programs. Please mark one of the following statements below:
