B-I-O-N-I-C Training Day

This past Friday, January 26th, Arlington's BIONIC team had a leadership training day! A speaker, Sharinda Welton, was invited to set up activities for team bonding and leadership building. Sharinda works at Findlay University and was asked to work with the group for inspiration. The group spent the day discussing how to be better leaders, performing activities, and strengthening their teamwork.
