Arlington Local School District was notified by the sheriff’s department of the potential for hearing a gunshot fire in the vicinity of the village. It was determined that the sound was a result of a roofing construction project confirmed by the sheriff's department.
Students were moved inside from recess. All students are currently in their classrooms. There is no need for any further precautions to be taken at this time.
